Adrian is a Partner and Managing Director with CIEL Capital, where he has overseen portfolio company operations and sales since 2016. He leads operational due diligence for new acquisitions and manages CIEL's investments in FGL Precision Works, CCTV Direct, and General Kinetics, currently serving as President of CCTV Direct.

Prior to CIEL, Adrian spent ten years in the energy sector with Nalco Champion across Canada and the United States. He progressed through roles in data analysis, process automation, sales management, and business development before leading the Texas regional division, overseeing sales professionals and project managers while managing the company's largest accounts.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
