David is an Associate with CIEL Capital, where he has supported investment thesis development, value creation strategies, and transaction structuring since 2022. He conducts due diligence and valuation analysis for target companies and provides ongoing financial analysis across CIEL's portfolio.

Prior to CIEL, David gained experience in real estate development with one of Canada's industry leaders, working closely with management teams on real estate closings, project development, and coordinating contractual issues with law firms.

David holds Bachelor and Master's degrees in Talmudic Law from the Institute of Advanced Judaic Studies, an MBA from St. Peter's University, and has completed the Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School.
