Martin is a Senior Analyst with CIEL Capital, where he has supported the evaluation of investment opportunities, transaction due diligence, and portfolio company value creation since 2025.

Prior to CIEL, Martin gained experience as a Public Equities Analyst at Empire Life Investments and a Financial Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada.

Martin holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance major and double minor in Economics and Financial Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is a CFA Level II candidate. Outside of the office, Martin enjoys spending his time outdoors, traveling, and playing sports as a former competitive soccer player who represented his team internationally at the Mediterranean International Cup in Spain.
