Yvette is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer with CIEL Capital, where she has overseen financial reporting, strategic planning, budgeting, and investor relations across the portfolio since 2014. She works with newly acquired companies on finance and accounting best practices during onboarding and supports ongoing financial analysis across CIEL's investments.

Prior to CIEL, Yvette built her career in progressive accounting and finance roles across telecommunications, mining, healthcare, and investment banking sectors. She focused on cost reduction, process and system improvement, and high-level analysis and problem solving throughout her career progression.

Yvette holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she played intramural soccer and volunteered with Laurier Students for Literacy. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and cycling.
